Whilst Will Time is primarily engaged in writing Wills, we also receive requests for Probate Services, therefore we have partnered with a Trust Corporation to offer no-obligation quotations for a fixed price service, which we are happy to endorse.
Professional Executors
On some occasions, our Clients suggest that they appoint Executors based abroad. This is not ideal, as the logistics demand a presence in the UK, in order to sort out the paperwork.
The solution to both problems
As a Trust Corporation, King's Court has a great deal of experience in dealing with Probate matters, even if there is no Will! Based in Bath, they still have someone local to you.
Will Time has an arrangement, whereby King's Court Probate Helpline can be accessed on 0845 126 0891, provided that our reference number of WW784 is quoted at the time of the call.
They recognise that in many cases a simple answer to a simple question is required, leaving the Executors clear on how to proceed from here.
Occasionally, however, their professional services are actually needed, therefore they are able to offer no-obligation quotations for a fixed price service, provided by a dedicated Case Manager.
